Monki's organic nut butters have many uses – spread them on bread, use them as a dip, or liven up your smoothie or dressing. They are also excellent for baking. Roasted or unroasted nuts and seeds are blended into a flavourful, rich butter; some varieties are seasoned with a touch of sea salt, with nothing else added. They contain healthy fats and plant-based protein.
