Corn Flour 400 G

Our organic golden corn flour is made from sun-ripened corn kernels that have been dried and ground into a fine flour. In Biofood's gluten-free range, in addition to corn flour, there is also brown rice flour, buckwheat flour, quinoa flour and teff flour, which add rich flavour and nutrition to your favourite recipes. Tip! The flours work well blended together; combine different varieties to create your own gluten-free flour blend.
