Everfresh sprouted bread is a high-fibre and healthy bread containing whole wheat, spelt or rye grains. The sprouted breads contain no yeast, sourdough, baking powder or salt.
The unique abundance of moisture and natural sweetness is achieved through a special sprouting process. Sprouting whole wheat, spelt or rye grains is a natural process that makes the product easier to digest and increases its nutritional value. The bread contains slow-release carbohydrates that provide long-lasting satiety and keep energy levels high.
