The ultimate vegetable bouillon!
Use bouillon in the cooking water to give pasta, vegetables and grains a fine colour and flavour. Add the bouillon towards the end of cooking, as the salt in the bouillon can cause grains to harden.
Directions: Mix 10 grams of bouillon (approx. 1 tbsp) with 1/2 litre of water. Equivalent to 1 bouillon cube.
