Coconut Flakes 25 KG

Our organic coconut flakes are made from the antioxidant-rich flesh of the coconut, which is first dried and then grated into beautiful, brilliant-white flakes with a rich, exotic flavour. Sprinkle the coconut flakes over fruity stews, soups, salads and rice dishes. Whisk together a tangy coconut dip using plain yoghurt, coconut flakes, ginger, honey and grated lime zest; serve with stews, vegetable sticks or grilled food. Dip sliced fruit and fresh berries (e.g. strawberries, raspberries and pineapple) in melted dark chocolate and coconut flakes, or make attractive fruit skewers in the same way. The flakes are also excellent for baking and enhance muesli, granola, porridge and desserts! Tip! Lightly toast the flakes in a dry pan over medium heat and use as a topping for fruit salad, smoothies, ice cream or sorbet.
