Buckwheat Flour Light 400 G

Our organic light buckwheat flour is made from hulled buckwheat. Buckwheat is an easily digestible herb that is naturally gluten-free and gentle on the stomach. In Biofood's gluten-free range, in addition to buckwheat flour, there is also brown rice flour, quinoa flour, corn flour and teff flour, which add rich flavour and nutrition to your favourite recipes. Tip! The flours work well blended together; combine different varieties to create your own gluten-free flour blend.
